New details revealed in deadly midair collision
NTSB investigators showed video and animation of last year’s horrific midair crash in Washington D.C as they say multiple failures led to that crash. Investigators warned of a culture of complacency that could lead to the next crash at another airport. NBC News’ Tom Costello has the story.
